Double Bedroom

Enjoy a good night's rest in our Porth bed with emma® mattress, take advantage of our High Definition TV, unload your beach and party wear into our fitted wardrobes and listen out for the sea in the background gently lapping against Chapel Rock. All our bedrooms have Nest® Protect smoke alarms fitted, so rest assured when you turn in for the night.

Twin Room

We love the Cornish light and this year we increased the size of smaller second bedroom window! Our Twin Porth Bed with emma® mattresses, dressed in nautical stripes look fab, along with a chest of draws and lobster pots lamp make this room one to remember. Remember to listen out for the sea in the background gently lapping against Chapel Rock! All our bedrooms have Nest® Protect smoke alarms fitted, so rest assured when you turn in for the night.

Bathroom

Our bathroom is fitted with a full length bath, power shower, shaving point and new daylight lights. To keep the peace we have installed the quietest extractor fan going! Please feel free to use the drying rack provided in the bath to dry swim-wear / wetsuits.

Lounge

We have comfortable seating for five adults on our sofas, with a nautical theme ambient spotlight, along with bamboo side table with the odd good book to digest - please help yourself. We also have a Full HD 1080 Freeview Play TV, along with a Blu Ray / DVD player for those duller days - hopefully not! If it turns chilly we have a fireplace along with radiators throughout the apartment.

Dining

With enough room for 4 adults there's plenty of room to enjoy the odd Cornish Pasty or Cornish Cream Tea (don't forget it's Jam first...) Feel free to take home the themed printed 'Seven Dunes' coasters with you to remind you of your stay with us!

Kitchen

The kitchen at Seven Dunes is fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday! Enjoy the convenience of an electric cooker, hobs, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, and all the kitchen essentials to make your stay effortless. We’d love to see what delicious creations you whip up—share your kitchen masterpieces with us on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Threads, or TikTok using #SevenDunes.
We can’t wait to see your Kitchen Creations!For peace of mind you can access a Fire Blanket & Fire Extinguisher located in the kitchen. In the corridor we have installed a Nest® Protect smoke alarm which doubles as a night light for midnight bathroom trips

This is a fabulous ground floor apartment which is literally moments away from the gorgeous Perranporth beach and shops. Not to mention The Wateringhole (a bar on the beach) The apartment is very tastefully decorated and has a beach "vibe" to it. You can tell it has been well thought out and has everything you could need. We were so sorry to leave, and will most definitely book to stay here again. Can't recommend it highly enough and Duchy holidays who we booked through.
